Chiaki。
１９７５年大阪出身。絵本イラストレーター、版画家。
奈良大学文学部中退、大阪創造社デザイン専門学校グラフィックデザイン学科卒業。
絵本のためのイラストレーションを勉強するため２０００年渡仏、地方都市リヨンのEcole Emile Cohl（エミール・コール美術学校）に３年間留学。在学中、国際版画印刷工房ULDRAにて研修、そこで製作したリノ版画絵本「Un jour d'EDEN（エデンのある日）」がフランスで出版。同工房の依頼で製作した大判版画２枚がフランソワ・ミッテラン国立図書館（パリ）に収蔵。
２００６年以降、La Marelleより雑貨のイラスト製作も開始。
２００７年１０月、Gallimard (ガリマール）より絵本「Le petit fantome（小さなおばけくん）」が出版。リヨン在住。 好きな食べ物は、いなり寿司、納豆。癒されアイテムは海と動物、アンティーク。

　Chiaki, illustratrice pour livres d'enfants. Elle est nee en 1975 a Osaka, au Japon. Diplomee de l'Ecole professionnelle de communication visuelle d'Osaka en 1998, elle connait une premiere experience de graphiste au Japon avant de rejoindre l'Ecole Emile Cohl de Lyon dont elle sera diplomee en 2003. Les deux lino-gravures ont etees imprimees chez URDLA (Centre internationale du Livre & Estampe), un exemplaire de depot a ete remis a la Bibliotheque nationale de France (Paris) en 2003. Elle realise deux livres en 2004[ Naive, Edition Grandir] et deux livres sont publies chez Albin Michel Jeunesse et gallimard jeunesse en 2005.
En 2006, elle commence a travailler avec La Marelle pour illustrations d'objets divers. Vit et travaille a Lyon.
Exposition: Restaurant [L'arrosoir] en 2004 (Lyon), Galerie & boutique[iKI] en 2005 (Lyon), Expo d'originaux du livre [Mon panda] a la bibliotheque de Tours en 2006（Tours）.

　Chiaki, illutrator for children's books. She was born 1975 in Japan, Osaka. She studied visual communication in Osaka. In 2000, she came in France for study art at Lyon in Emile Cohl school for 3 years. In 2004, her first book [Un jour d'EDEN] has published in France. Since 2004, she has worked with the publishers "Naive" ,"Albin Michel", "Gallimard", and "Belem editions" .
A present she lives in Lyon where she's working on anothers books with lino-wood cut or photoshop as technique.
In 2006, she starts working for [La Marelle] for various supports.

11人のイラストレーターがテーマごとの唄を担当。私は[手ぶりの唄]10曲を担当させて頂きました。
